Newly built, 3 bedroom, 1300 sq feet home, located on a 30 acre property with a private snowshoe, ATV, ski doo trails around the entire property and scenic rapids bordering all sides. The house is approx 5 minutes from the Tremblant international airport (Macaza) and 30 minutes from the ski resort. Great place to relax and enjoy the tranquility as you will enjoy the deer who come right up to the house.

The property is on the river that spills into Lac Macaza, which means the fishing in front of the home is spectacular (Pike , Muskie, Walleye and Perch). Included in rental: 12 ft rowboat. Semi-private beach only 600ft from the chalet. The lake is motorized, so bring your boat and moor it at our private dock. Or you can rent a motorized boat only 5 minutes from the chalet. NB: you must cross a road to access the river and you must bring your own life jackets for the boats..

If you are looking for a great getaway with the comforts of the city. this is the chalet for you. House is fully equipped with wifi a 50” smart tv. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave ... everything you need, just bring your food and beach towels!

In winter, bring your Skidoos and 4 wheelers and join the trails right on the property and then relax in the private hot tub.

For spring and summer, the chalet is only 10 minutes by bike to the P'tit Train du Nord bike trail that goes to Tremblant and Mont Laurier. Kayaking, canoeing, boating, fishing, hiking, and bike rentals are all available nearby.

Tennis courts and a kiddy park are 1 km away and the petit train bike path PAVED is 3 km away . we are 5 minutes from the mont Tremblant international air port and 30 minutes from the resort.

Boats, 4 wheelers,ski doos and side by sides are available for rental 20 mins from the chalet (some items can be delivered to chalet).. With access to professional 4 wheel trails throughout the area over 160km of trails available with a guide. We are also 10 km from Mont Ttremblant national park. We also have a secured garage in the house for all your personal toys.
